Our Clinics

Clinic Overview

Clients make an appointment for legal services by calling the Trinity phone number.  At the appointment, a Trinity Legal volunteer conducts an initial interview with the client, collecting contact information, financial information, and a general statement of the legal problem.  NOTE:  ALL CLINIC MEETINGS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  WE DO NOT OFFER ANY WALK-IN SERVICES.

Two volunteer attorneys review the intake form and meet with the client. The client then tells the details of the situation. The attorneys identify the legal issues and discuss options with the client, educating the client about the legal implications of each option. If the client needs ongoing representation, one of the attorneys meeting with the client that day might take the case, or the director will attempt to place the case with another volunteer attorney. The attorneys conclude the meeting by praying for the client.
